Help

Get your first page live

Five short steps from a page full of examples to a link you can put in your bio. Each step has a button that opens the right part of the editor, so you can follow along with this page open next to it.

Open the editor

You will be asked to log in first.

Prefer being shown? In the editor, open the account menu at the top right and choose Take the tour. It walks you through the same parts in about two minutes.

  1. Say who you are

This is the top of your page, the first thing a visitor reads.

    • Type your name or your business name, and a short bio (up to 300 characters): what you do and who you do it for.
    • Add your own photo or logo. Square works best, at least 512 by 512 pixels with your face in the middle, because it is shown as a circle. We shrink it for you before it is saved.
    • If your page started from a template, the photo you see is a stand-in. Replace it: a page cannot go live with a stranger’s face on it.
    Open Profile
  2. Add what you offer

Everything a visitor can read or tap is a block. You stack them in the order you like.

    • Start from a ready-made section when one fits: listing cards, price packages, a numbers strip, questions and answers, a contact form, a WhatsApp button and more. Pick one and it is added at the end of your page. Drag it, or use the arrows on its row, to put it where you want it.
    • Or add single blocks one at a time: a link, a picture, a card, a swipeable carousel of pictures, a gallery, a quote, a contact form, WhatsApp, social icons, a profile card or an embed.
    • Tabs and sections: add two Tab blocks to put a tab switch above your links (each tab holds the blocks below it), or turn a heading into a section that opens and closes.
    • The free plan holds up to 7 blocks and 8 pictures on a page. Pro raises that to 50 blocks and 100 pictures.

  3. Swap the examples for yours

Templates and ready-made sections come filled in with made-up details, so you can see how the page will look. They are marked “Example”.

    • A yellow notice at the top of the editor lists what is still an example, with a “Show me” button for each one that jumps straight to it.
    • Replace example links with your own addresses, example usernames with your real ones, the WhatsApp number with yours, and the stand-in testimonial and prices with real ones. Or delete a block you do not need: “Delete all the example blocks” clears them in one go.
    • Stock pictures, such as the cover, the tiles and card pictures, are free to use and may stay. Only your profile photo has to be your own.
    • Publish stays switched off while examples are left. The notice tells you exactly which ones.

  4. Make it yours

The look of the page. Changes show in the preview straight away, and you can undo them by picking another option.

    • Themes: pick a Look, which sets the colors, font, buttons and header photo in one tap, or a plain theme. Themes are grouped by kind of work, and the group for your work comes first.
    • Header: a big photo at the top that fades into your page color (drag the dot to keep the face in view), or a logo in place of your name, and the size, color and font of your name.
    • Layout: a simple list, or a bento grid of tiles, which fills a wide screen better.
    • Customize: colors, rounded or square corners, a choice of 12 fonts, the page background, a floating page effect such as hearts or stars, and the style, borders and shadows of your buttons.
    Open Design
  5. Check it, publish it, share it

Nothing is public until you press Publish. Your edits are saved as you type, as a draft only you can see.

    • Look at the preview next to the editor. On a wide screen the Mobile, Tablet and Desktop buttons above it show each size. On a phone the preview stays at the top of the screen.
    • When the examples are gone, press Publish at the top right. Your page is now live at linkerzz.com/ followed by your name.
    • Put that address in your Instagram bio: Profile, Edit profile, Links, Add external link. The same address works in TikTok, YouTube, email signatures and on business cards.
    • Changed something later? The button turns into “Update page”. Visitors see the old version until you press it, and “Discard changes” takes you back to the live page.

Questions

The Publish button says I must replace something. What is it asking for?

Your page still has example content: a link that points at an example address, an example username, the stand-in WhatsApp number, the made-up testimonial, prices or numbers, or the stock profile photo. The yellow notice at the top of the editor lists each one with a “Show me” button. Replace it with your own or delete the block, and Publish switches on.

I did not get the confirmation email. What now?

If you signed up with an email address and a password, we send one link to confirm that the address is yours. It comes from login@linkerzz.com and can land in spam, junk or the Promotions tab, so search your mail for “Linkerzz”. The screen you see after signing up has a “Resend the email” button, which works again 45 seconds after the last send. You can also sign up again with the same address and we send a fresh link. The link works for one hour. If you signed in with Google there is nothing to confirm. Still stuck? Write to support@linkerzz.com and we will sort it out.

Are my changes saved automatically?

Yes. Every edit is saved as a draft a moment after you make it, and the line next to the logo says “All changes saved”. Visitors only see your page after you press Publish, and see later edits only after you press Update page.

Can people see my page before I publish it?

No. Until you publish, the page is a draft that only you can see in the editor and its preview.

How many blocks can I add on the free plan?

The free plan holds up to 7 blocks and 8 pictures in image and gallery blocks on a page, with one page and one embed. Pro holds up to 50 blocks and 100 pictures, up to 5 pages and your own domain. See the pricing page for the full list.

Can I take the guided tour again?

Yes. In the editor, open the account menu at the top right (your initial) and choose “Take the tour”. It points at each part of the editor in turn and takes about two minutes.

Why does my page not show up on Google?

We ask search engines to skip pages that are still very thin. To be included, a page needs at least three blocks with content, a bio of at least 20 characters and some words of your own. Even then, search engines decide when and whether to list a page, and it can take a while.

Who can I ask for help?

Write to support@linkerzz.com. It reaches a real person, and the most useful thing to include is what you were trying to do and what you saw instead.
