Terms of service
Last updated 29 October 2026
Linkerzz is a link-in-bio service at linkerzz.com, run from India by Yogesh Tewari (“Linkerzz”, “we”, “us”). These terms, together with our Privacy policy, are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Linkerzz.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding agreement. If you use Linkerzz for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what is published on it. Give us accurate information, keep your password and your email secure, and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused. Usernames are first come, first served, and we may reclaim usernames that impersonate others or are held in bad faith.
Your content
You own what you publish. By publishing it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and deliver it as part of running the service, and to make the technical changes needed to do that (for example shrinking a picture). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short-lived backups.
You promise that you have the rights to everything you publish, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights, including their privacy and intellectual property. You are responsible for your page, the links on it and anything you offer or sell through it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Linkerzz to:
- Link to or distribute malware, phishing, scams, fake shops or other deceptive or harmful content.
- Publish anything illegal, including content that sexually exploits minors, incites violence or promotes terrorism.
- Harass, threaten or defame others, publish other people’s private information, or impersonate any person or organisation.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
- Send spam or unwanted bulk messages, collect other people’s personal data without a lawful reason, or promote illegal goods or services.
- Manipulate or overload the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, bypass its limits, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
We use automated checks and user reports to find violations. We may remove content, suspend or close accounts and report unlawful activity to the authorities, with or without notice where the risk is serious.
Reporting a page, and copyright complaints
Anyone can report a page from the link at the bottom of it. We review reports promptly and act on those that break these terms or the law. To report copyright infringement, email support@linkerzz.com with the address of the page, what was copied, where the original is, and your contact details. If we remove content after a complaint, we tell the page owner and tell them how to respond.
Plans and payments
Linkerzz has a free plan and a paid plan called Pro, described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and its terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown in US dollars (or your local currency where the checkout offers it) and local taxes may be added at checkout.
We may change prices, plan limits or features. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
If you pay people through a payment or WhatsApp button on your page, the payment happens directly between you and them. Linkerzz does not take part in it, hold money or provide any guarantee about it.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then. After that your account moves to the free plan, and its limits apply when you next edit your page (extra pages are no longer public).
7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with Pro, email support@linkerzz.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will ask our payment provider to refund it in full. We look at later requests case by case, for example after a billing mistake or a long outage, but renewals are not otherwise refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. If you live somewhere that gives you a legal right to cancel or be refunded, that right is not affected.
Custom domains
On Pro you can connect a subdomain you own. You must control it and may only point it at your own page. We may disconnect a domain that breaks these terms. If your subscription ends, visitors to the domain are sent to your page at linkerzz.com instead.
Email from us
We send you emails about your account, such as sign-in links, security notices and receipts, and a short series of tips to help you set up and share your page. You can stop the tips with the Unsubscribe link in them. We do not need your permission for account emails, because the service does not work without them.
Third-party services
Linkerzz works with other services, such as Cloudflare, Dodo Payments, Google (sign-in and unsafe-link checks), email delivery and the video and booking providers a page owner can embed. They are not ours, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
The service
We work to keep Linkerzz available and fast, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We may change, add or remove features, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free. Features marked as new or beta may change or go away. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything important, and we are not liable for data lost despite our reasonable care.
Ending your account
You can stop using Linkerzz at any time, and you can delete your account and page yourself from Account in your dashboard, or ask us to by email. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put the service or other people at risk, or have been abandoned for a long time. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties not stated in these terms, and Linkerzz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost leads or lost data arising from your use of the service. If you use only the free plan, we are not liable for business interruption or financial loss caused by errors or outages. Our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury.
Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that others bring against us because of the content you publish or your breach of these terms or the law.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, power or internet failures and failures of our hosting or other providers.
General
- The whole agreement: these terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Linkerzz.
- If part is unenforceable: the rest stays in force, and that part is limited as little as possible.
- No waiver: if we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up.
- Transfers: you may not transfer your account or rights to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example if the business is sold.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we have a dispute, let us first try to settle it by talking: write to support@linkerzz.com. If we cannot settle it within 30 days, it will be decided by a single arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration is Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, the language is English, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any court step the law allows, such as urgent relief. Where the law of the place you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, these terms do not take that right away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email before they take effect. If you keep using Linkerzz after a change, you accept the updated terms.
