The short answer

A good agent page does five jobs in this order: show one featured listing, offer a free valuation to catch sellers, make booking a viewing one tap, give people a direct way to message you, and add one piece of proof. Keep it short, change the featured listing often, and put the same address on your yard signs.

Linkerzz makes a link-in-bio page builder and is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok or any other app named here.

On this page
  1. The short version
  2. 1. Lead with one featured listing
  3. 2. Offer a free valuation
  4. 3. Make viewings one tap
  5. 4. Give people a direct way to reach you
  6. 5. Add one piece of proof
  7. What to leave off
  8. Keep it fresh
  9. Take it off the screen and onto the street
  10. Set it up in ten minutes

Someone sees your post or your yard sign and wants to know one thing: what do I do next? The link in your bio is the answer. For a real estate agent, that link decides whether a buyer books a viewing, a seller asks for a valuation, or both of them scroll on.

This guide covers what to put on that page, in what order, and what to leave off. It works on any link in bio tool, and we show how to set it up on Linkerzz, which has a ready-made real estate template.

The short version

A strong agent page has five parts, from the top:

  1. One featured listing.
  2. A free valuation for sellers.
  3. A way to book a viewing.
  4. A direct message button.
  5. One piece of proof.

Everything else is optional. People who tap your link are already interested, so the job of the page is to make the next step obvious, not to show everything you have ever done.

Put your best current listing at the very top as a large photo with the address, a short price line and a clear button: “View the listing”. One strong card works better than a list of ten, because it gives the eye one place to land.

Link the button to the listing page on your agency’s site or the portal where it is advertised, so the details always stay in one place. When something sells, swap the photo, the address and the link. That is the only edit you will make often.

Rules about what a listing advertisement must show differ by country and by agency, so check what your broker or regulator expects before you publish prices or claims.

2. Offer a free valuation

Buyers come and go, but a seller is the lead that pays for the month. A button that says “What is my home worth?” gives sellers a reason to get in touch without having to call you.

The easiest way to do this is a short contact form: name, email and a message. On Linkerzz, add a Contact form block and the messages arrive in the Messages tab of your dashboard. On Pro you also get an email for each message, and replying goes straight to the person who wrote. Ask for the address in the message field, so you can prepare before you call back.

3. Make viewings one tap

The slowest part of arranging a viewing is the back and forth: “Is Saturday okay?” “What about Sunday?” A booking calendar removes it.

If you already use Calendly or Cal.com, add it as a booking card. On Linkerzz the card only loads the calendar when someone taps it, so your page stays quick and no third party is loaded before a visitor asks. If you do not use a calendar, a WhatsApp button with a ready message such as “Hi, I would like to view the property on Maple Street” does the same job.

4. Give people a direct way to reach you

Many buyers would rather send a message than fill in a form. A click-to-chat WhatsApp button opens a conversation with your number and a first message already written. You can make the link for free with our WhatsApp link generator, or read how it works in How to make a WhatsApp link and QR code for your business.

If calls are how you close, add your phone number to the one-line bio under your name, so people can see it without tapping anything.

5. Add one piece of proof

A single line from a happy client does more than a paragraph about yourself: “Sold in nine days, above asking. Omar made it painless.” Use a real quote with the client’s permission. On Linkerzz it is a Quote block of up to 300 characters, with the person’s name underneath.

Under it, one line about you is enough: your name, your area and how long you have worked there.

What to leave off

  • Every listing you have ever sold. A scrolling list of ten links hides the one that matters. Link to your agency’s full list from a single button.
  • Your home page, your Facebook page and your blog, all at once. If a link does not lead to a valuation, a viewing or a message, ask whether it belongs here.
  • Long text. Visitors are on a phone, standing in a queue. Keep every line short.

Keep it fresh

A page that still shows last month’s sold listing looks neglected. Pick one day a week, perhaps when you post new listings, and change the featured card. It takes two minutes.

Linkerzz shows how many times your page was viewed and which links were tapped, and the free plan includes totals, a daily chart and your top three links. Look at it once a week. If nobody taps “Book a viewing”, move it higher or make the wording clearer.

Take it off the screen and onto the street

Your link is not only for Instagram. Put the same address on your yard signs, flyers and business cards as a QR code, so a passer-by can scan it and reach your page in seconds. Our free QR code generator makes one without uploading anything, and this guide to QR codes for signs and cards explains size and placement.

Because the QR code points at your page, not at one listing, it never goes out of date. When the listing sells, the sign still leads somewhere useful.

Set it up in ten minutes

  1. Create a free account and choose the real estate template.
  2. Replace the example links, photos and the profile picture with your own. The editor lists what still needs changing, and you cannot publish until the placeholders are gone.
  3. Upload your best listing photo for the featured card and set its link.
  4. Add your valuation form, your WhatsApp button and a testimonial.
  5. Publish, then paste the address into your Instagram and TikTok bios.

The free plan allows one page of up to 7 blocks, which is enough for everything above. Pro adds your own address, up to 5 pages and more blocks. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Frequently asked questions

What should a real estate agent put in their link in bio?

One featured listing, a free home valuation form, a way to book a viewing, a WhatsApp button and one testimonial. Anything beyond that should earn its place.

How many links should an agent page have?

Fewer than you think. Five to seven blocks is enough for most agents, and it fits the free Linkerzz plan, which allows up to 7 blocks.

Where do valuation requests go?

On Linkerzz they land in the Messages tab of your dashboard. On Pro you also get an email for each one, with the visitor's address as the reply-to, so you can answer straight from your inbox.

Can I use my own web address?

Yes, on Pro you can connect a subdomain you own, such as links.youragency.com, and keep up to 5 pages in all.

Do I need to change the page every time a property sells?

Only the featured listing. Swap the photo, the address and the link, and the rest of the page can stay as it is for months.
